Terms Of Service
SPEED
Commissions may take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload! You will be given frequent progress updates, and be informed if it will take longer than expected. I will get it finished and in your hands as soon as possible.

GENERAL TOS
1. I, Wind, retain the rights to the commissioned artwork. Unless we have an agreement or contract in place for such, the commissioned art cannot be used for commercial purposes. (You're free to print it out and such for your own purposes! Just don't sell it, nor claim it as your own!)2. I have the right to refuse any commission I'm not comfortable doing, for any reason.3. I have the right to increase quoted prices from what they are shown as on the commission sheet. This price will be communicated and agreed upon before the commission is begun, and will usually be done if a character design is particularly complex and thus will take more time than usual.4. Payment must be sent before I send the completed commission to you. If it is a particularly large or complex commission, I may ask for half or more of the payment upfront.5. Refunds will only be given if you cancel the commission very early on in the process. If you need to cancel the commission at any point, please let me know ASAP, and we can work something out!6. All contact for the commission details will be over ko-fi or discord DMs. The final commission will be sent through email.7. Not mandatory, but highly encouraged: Having some kind of sketch, collage, reference/moodboard, or other visual reference for how you want the commission to (roughly) look is very appreciated! It doesn't have to be anything fancy, even just an image or two from google is helpful :]
